Any person or entity may become a reseller but in order to purchase products without paying California Sales Tax, you must provide a copy of your California Seller's Permit and fill out form BOE-230 (General Resale Certificate).  Please fax these documents to (800) 710-8358 or submit them to our office at 28970 Hopkins St., Ste B, Hayward, CA 94545.
